Joodle has a built-in FAQ section that covers the most common questions. You can access it directly from the app:
Settings → Need Help? → Frequently Asked Questions
The in-app FAQ covers topics including:
- Subscription - Details about Joodle Pro, billing, cancellation, and family sharing
- iCloud Sync - How to enable sync, troubleshooting sync issues, and data backup
- Getting Started - Creating Joodles, navigation, the scrubbing gesture, and editing entries
- Reminders - Setting up anniversary reminders, managing notifications, and troubleshooting
- Widgets - Adding widgets to your Home Screen and customization options
- Sharing - How to share beautiful Joodle cards and remove watermarks
When contacting support, please include:
- Your device model and iOS version
- A description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the problem (if applicable)
Joodles not syncing?
- Ensure you have an active Joodle Pro subscription
- Check that iCloud is enabled: Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Saved to iCloud → Joodle
- Enable sync in the Joodle app: Settings → iCloud Sync
- Restart the app after changing sync settings
Not receiving reminder notifications?
- Go to iOS Settings → Notifications → Joodle
- Enable "Allow Notifications"
- Check that Focus Mode isn't blocking Joodle
Widget not updating?
- Open the Joodle app (widgets refresh when the app is opened)
- Wait a few minutes for iOS to update
- Try removing and re-adding the widget
